- Each correct answer carries 1 mark.
- No Negative marking system adopted

- For the disciplines of Law and Management, only one subject specific test would be given.
- For other Faculties, sub streams have been listed for which subject specific tests will be held.
- The syllabi of the sub streams along with the sample questions have also been given.
- Please check the main webpage on Ph.D. admissions for knowing the sub streams and syllabi.
- Symbiosis International (Deemed University) (SIU) will be conducting the Ph.D. Entrance Test in an online mode this year.
Candidates with NET/SET/SLET/GATE/M.Phil. or are UGC/CSIR/ICMR DBT/RGNF/MANF/DST Inspire & NBHM Fellows, are exempted from the entrance test during the validity period of the certificate/award. However, such candidates have to mandatorily appear for the personal interview. The personal interactions will also be conducted through video conferencing mode.
